Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the paper is received and checked, we will refund the cost of the paper back to the original payment method used, which may take up to 10 business days for the bank to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
