• How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Things happen, especially these days, however will make every effort to dispatch orders as soon as possible.

• How much will it cost?

Shipping cost is calculated based on volume of the parcel during checkout. 

• Large Orders

Large orders over 60 rolls require custom handling, please contact us for obligation free wholesale quote.

• Can I get Express/Courier shipping?

Yes you can! Contact us and we can upgrade shipping for an additional fee.

• How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You will also receive direct notifications from Australia Post.

• International Shipping

Deliveries to Australia and New Zealand only. 

• Shipping to P.O. boxes

Yes, we ship to Auspost P.O. Boxes.
